Coming this weekend...

Open house party! That's right, just me and a couple of condos. I plan to bring a camera and plenty of candid insight on these units and will review a few next week. I won't be kind about overpriced little coffin shaped places either. I won't lie about square footage or tell you something is in an up-and-coming neighborhood if in fact, its exterior and neighbors terrify. Because I don't have to lie. I'm not working for a real estate company; I'm certainly not a Realtor. I'm a buyer only, so no conflict of interest since my only interest is buying a house that doesn't suck, and maybe helping a few other people who'd like to do the same.
